	MHP is a food producer specializing in the production, processing and distribution of poultry and other meats in Ukraine. MHP provides chicken-based food products, sunflower oil, beef, pork, goose meat, related meat-processed foods and fruits and potatoes. MHP also purchases natural gas from gas traders and resells to third parties. MHP is based in Kiev, Ukraine. 	MHP is the largest poultry producer in Ukraine and is one of the largest food producers in this country with rich agricultural land. MHP produces poultry, meat, processed meat products and grain. It operates through 20 enterprises located in different Ukraine regions and cities. Before the current crisis the company accounted for up to 35% of domestic poultry production and enjoyed the highest profitability when compared to industry benchmarks. Company growth was partly attributed to increasing meat consumption in Ukraine as a result of rising disposable incomes. Ukraine is still a laggard in terms of poultry consumption when compared to other European countries. We expect the company will continue to grow as the political and economic situation in Ukraine begins to stabilize.
