Elbrus Research Commentary
The demand for helicopters, aircraft, parts and related support equipment is expected to grow significantly in Ukraine, Russia
and other developing markets where the company continues to enjoy historical relationships. We expect company revenue to grow in lock step with growth in former Soviet republics, considering the company's near monopoly of helicopter production in the region. The current economic downturn will not allow Russian aviation companies to develop production facilities that stand a chance of competing with Motor Sich's for at least three to five years.
