Novorossiyskoye morskoye parokhodstvo OAO (Novoship OAO or Novorossiysk Shipping Company JSC or Novoship JSC) is a Russia-based company principally engaged in the sea transportation of crude oil and oil products. The Company’s fleet includes tankers transporting crude oil and petroleum products; product carriers specialized in the transportation of crude oil, petroleum products, clean petroleum products, vegetable oils, fats, molasses, chemicals, caustic soda; bulkers, which transport coal, grain, cement, ore, and molasses, as well as one passenger vessel. Its activities comprise domestic and international freight markets. The Company is engaged in the technical and commercial management of Russian and foreign vessels, repair, export and import of technical equipment. The Company has one representative office located in Moscow, four subsidiaries and 15 affiliated companies in Russia, Liberia and Cyprus. Novoship OAO is 55.12%-owned subsidiary of Sovremennyi kommercheskiy flot OAO.
